Helicopter City Watch — a passenger leans out of an open helicopter door over Manhattan, phone held up against the winter haze, the headset cup catching what little light makes it into the cabin. Below, the grid softens into beige and salmon blocks, the East River a thin pale line, distant towers ghosting into atmosphere. The frame is taken from inside the seatbelt: yellow harness webbing crowds the bottom corner, the cabin ceiling cuts the top, the window holds the city like a screen behind a screen.
Where other frames in New York Chronicles drop you onto street level — wet asphalt, neon signage, cab steam at dawn — this one pulls back to altitude and stays in the cabin with you. The phone in the gloved hand is the steady joke of the picture: someone filming the city the same way the rest of us would. Nothing is cleaned up. The strut, the harness, the headset are all part of the shot.

Each piece ships flat in protective packaging designed to handle courier transit without damage.

Care
Dry microfiber cloth for dust. For stubborn marks, dampen with water or anti-static screen cleaner. Avoid paper towels, ammonia-based cleaners, and abrasives — they scratch the acrylic.
As with any photographic print, prolonged direct sunlight will eventually fade the colors. Hang out of long-duration direct sun where possible.
Hang on a dry interior wall. Bathrooms and other high-humidity rooms aren’t ideal for long-term display.

New York Chronicles is the city read slowly — a long-form gaze at the rhythms under the noise. These New York photography prints catch the saxophonist on the subway platform, the skyline pressed through a chain-link fence, the bridge at the hour when the river turns to pewter. It is Manhattan as a mood, not a monument. Bredenbals photographs in the tradition of Joel Meyerowitz — the patient eye that waits for the frame to settle rather than chasing the picture.
