How does the voucher arrive?+
Printed on heavy archival stock in our Berlin-Mitte studio, slipped into a weighted envelope, and sent by post — like the artwork itself. No emails, no PDFs.
How long does delivery take?+
3–5 working days across Europe. Tracking is included on every order.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, across all of Europe. Outside the EU is not supported for now.
What if it gets lost in the post?+
We send a new one. Every order includes tracking, so we usually catch it quickly — just reply to your order confirmation.
Can I order multiple vouchers?+
Yes — set the quantity at checkout, or combine multiple vouchers in one order. For custom amounts, reach out via live chat and we'll set it up for you.
Can I include a personal note?+
Yes — there's space on the back of the card for a handwritten message. Write what you'd like before handing it over.
How does the recipient redeem it?+
They enter the code at checkout. If the artwork costs more than the voucher, they pay the difference; if it costs less, the remainder stays on the code for next time.
How long is the voucher valid for?+
No expiry — the code stays valid until it's fully redeemed. Any unused balance remains on it.
What if the artwork costs more than the voucher?+
They simply pay the difference at checkout. The voucher discounts the total automatically.
What if it costs less? Does the remainder stay on the code?+
Yes. The balance is retained on the code and can be used across as many future orders as they like.
Can I return it?+
Yes — within 14 days of delivery, provided the code hasn't been redeemed. Reply to your order confirmation and we'll handle it.
