Frida-Féline
Frida-Féline is the travel eye — Paris at walking pace, Tokyo in passing, the Mediterranean at the hour the wind drops, Cape Town at its own pace, Beverly Hills on film. The work doesn’t sell the place; it keeps it. Editorial precision crossed with the patience of someone who actually lives with the cities she photographs.
Five series at Berlin Collective: From Paris with Love, Jetset Lens, 30 Days in Tokyo, Mediterranean, The Mother City.
Tokyo at Minato density — a city compressed into vertical light, where every floor holds another quiet story. Part of the 30 Days in Tokyo series by Frida.
Minato is Tokyo's vertical heart — towers stacked against the bay, neon bleeding into dusk, the slow choreography of millions moving through glass and steel. The series reads the district as architecture and atmosphere at once, a city held in suspension.
A fine-art print sealed beneath crystal-clear acrylic, bonded to aluminum composite backing. The vertical format pulls the eye upward, mirroring the district's own trajectory. Six sizes, from Small 30×20 cm to Grand Edition 210×140 cm. Floating aluminum mount included — ready to hang on nails or nylon strings.
Curated in our Berlin-Mitte studio, printed in Europe on archival pigment stock. Great art, without the gallery.
Why this price
A gallery charges 2–3× more for the same print. Here's where the money goes.
online-only studio
€499
For a 120×80 cm Exhibition print. You keep €700+ — that's the difference.
No rent on a prime-street corner.
No resellers. No commission chain.
How it arrives
Your artwork with an integrated aluminum mounting frame pre-attached to the back, plus a short installation note.
Each piece ships flat in protective packaging designed to handle courier transit without damage.
Integrated floating wall-mount sits slightly off the wall, casting a subtle shadow. Exhibition sizes and up — use a solid interior wall or fittings rated for heavier loads.
1–2 weeks from order. Each piece is produced on demand.
Please note: Wall screws, hooks, and dowels are not included. Use fittings appropriate for your wall type (drywall, brick, concrete) and the size you’ve chosen.
Care
Dry microfiber cloth for dust. For stubborn marks, dampen with water or anti-static screen cleaner. Avoid paper towels, ammonia-based cleaners, and abrasives — they scratch the acrylic.
As with any photographic print, prolonged direct sunlight will eventually fade the colors. Hang out of long-duration direct sun where possible.
Hang on a dry interior wall. Bathrooms and other high-humidity rooms aren’t ideal for long-term display.

The Series
30 Days in Tokyo is frida's month-long visual diary of a city most photographers flatten into clichés. Across the series she moves from the observation deck to the alley, from grey aerial calm to the warm clutter of a soba counter, building a portrait that refuses the obvious neon shorthand. The register is muted, often overcast, closer to a winter Wenders film than a tourist-board reel — the Tokyo of laundromat windows, vending-machine glow, train-window reflections, mid-afternoon fog over Shinjuku. What holds the work together is a quiet editorial restraint. frida lets the city set the tempo. Frames are unhurried, palettes lean toward cool greys, pale concrete, soft warm browns, with the occasional bruise of dusk pink. Faces appear sparingly. The series is less about Tokyo as spectacle and more about the rhythm of being inside it for thirty days — observing, returning, noticing the second time what was missed the first. Hung as a pair or a small group, the prints read as a city heard at low volume, the way a long stay finally sounds after the postcards stop arriving.
