Frida-Féline
Frida-Féline is the travel eye — Paris at walking pace, Tokyo in passing, the Mediterranean at the hour the wind drops, Cape Town at its own pace, Beverly Hills on film. The work doesn’t sell the place; it keeps it. Editorial precision crossed with the patience of someone who actually lives with the cities she photographs.
Five series at Berlin Collective: From Paris with Love, Jetset Lens, 30 Days in Tokyo, Mediterranean, The Mother City.
Zōjōji Crossing is a wide, soft black-and-white frame of the Zōjōji temple grounds in Minato — three pagoda-roofed halls in tile and timber, hemmed in on either side by the tower of Tokyo Prince Hotel and the curved glass of a Roppongi office block. A lone walker cuts across the gravel path in the lower third, dwarfed and unhurried. The sky is a flat, even grey, the kind that makes the silver of new architecture and the black of old roof tile read at exactly the same weight.
It is the most architectural piece in 30 Days in Tokyo and the one that most plainly states the project's premise. Where other frames in the series press closer — a station platform, a vending machine at dusk, a face on the train — this one pulls back to let the city argue with itself. Nothing is staged for contrast. The contrast is just there, on a Tuesday, at the end of a slow walk.
A premium pigment print on Alu-Dibond, frameless with a floating mount effect. The matte finish holds the grey midtones honest and gives the deep blacks of the temple roofs a clean, even depth. Sizes from 30×20 cm to 210×140 cm. Photography by Frida Feline, curated by Berlin Collective. Printed in Europe, ready to hang. Free EU shipping.
Why this price
A gallery charges 2–3× more for the same print. Here's where the money goes.
online-only studio
€499
For a 120×80 cm Exhibition print. You keep €700+ — that's the difference.
No rent on a prime-street corner.
No resellers. No commission chain.
How it arrives
Your artwork with an integrated aluminum mounting frame pre-attached to the back, plus a short installation note.
Each piece ships flat in protective packaging designed to handle courier transit without damage.
Integrated floating wall-mount sits slightly off the wall, casting a subtle shadow. Exhibition sizes and up — use a solid interior wall or fittings rated for heavier loads.
1–2 weeks from order. Each piece is produced on demand.
Please note: Wall screws, hooks, and dowels are not included. Use fittings appropriate for your wall type (drywall, brick, concrete) and the size you’ve chosen.
Care
Dry microfiber cloth for dust. For stubborn marks, dampen with water or anti-static screen cleaner. Avoid paper towels, ammonia-based cleaners, and abrasives — they scratch the acrylic.
As with any photographic print, prolonged direct sunlight will eventually fade the colors. Hang out of long-duration direct sun where possible.
Hang on a dry interior wall. Bathrooms and other high-humidity rooms aren’t ideal for long-term display.

The Series
Old temple roofs and new towers, sharing the same overcast Tokyo afternoon.
30 Days in Tokyo is a month held on film — the city walked, not chased. Each Tokyo street photography print catches a different register of the same metropolis: a rooftop sprawl under soft grey sky, a temple courtyard guarded by a modernist tower, a bilingual sign glowing over an empty crossing at dusk. Frida Fuchs photographs in the patient tradition of Wim Wenders' Tokyo-Ga — less spectacle, more attention. The frames are loose, grain-warm, composed on the move. Negative space is generous. Colour, when it arrives, arrives as a single tungsten window or the faint peach of winter afternoon. There is no drama pushed onto the subject — the city is allowed to be itself. This is work for rooms that prefer low conversation to loud statement — a hallway lined in oak, a writer's desk facing the window, a kitchen that smells of green tea on Sunday afternoon. Thirty days, one lens, a city watched with affection and no hurry.
