Every Berlin Collective print ships sealed under acrylic, bonded to aluminum, ready to hang. The AR preview on each product page lets you see it on your wall at full scale before ordering — most pieces stay where they land.
If yours doesn't, you've got 30 days from delivery to send it back. No story required.
How it works
- Email us at returns@berlincollective.art within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number.
- Pack it in its original packaging where possible — protects the print on the way back.
- Ship it to the return address we send you. Return postage is on the customer.
- Get refunded within 14 days of us receiving it, to your original payment method.
Damaged on arrival?
Different process — and faster. Email returns@berlincollective.art within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll replace or refund, with no return shipping cost on you.
Wrong size, second thoughts
If the size feels off or the wall just says no, the standard 30-day return applies. Re-pack as best you can, ship it back, and we'll refund you when it arrives. The forward shipping was on us; the return is on you.
