Il Vicolo wall art print by frida — a narrow stone lane in a Mallorcan mountain village, opening toward the limestone ridge of the Tramuntana. Warm sandstone walls hold the late afternoon light on one side; the other falls into soft shadow. A green shutter, a wrought-iron lantern, an orange tree still heavy with fruit, a thin tangle of overhead wires. The mood is quiet and lived-in rather than picturesque.
Where other frames in the Mediterranean series sit on terraces or coastlines, this one stays inland, low and close to the ground. The dark foreground pulls the eye down the lane and toward the pale mountain at the end of it. Nothing is staged. The composition does the work — two stone walls, a road, a sky, and the soft promise that the village keeps going.

How it arrives
Your artwork with an integrated aluminum mounting frame pre-attached to the back, plus a short installation note.
Each piece ships flat in protective packaging designed to handle courier transit without damage.
Integrated floating wall-mount sits slightly off the wall, casting a subtle shadow. Exhibition sizes and up — use a solid interior wall or fittings rated for heavier loads.
1–2 weeks from order. Each piece is produced on demand.
Please note: Wall screws, hooks, and dowels are not included. Use fittings appropriate for your wall type (drywall, brick, concrete) and the size you’ve chosen.
Care
Dry microfiber cloth for dust. For stubborn marks, dampen with water or anti-static screen cleaner. Avoid paper towels, ammonia-based cleaners, and abrasives — they scratch the acrylic.
As with any photographic print, prolonged direct sunlight will eventually fade the colors. Hang out of long-duration direct sun where possible.
Hang on a dry interior wall. Bathrooms and other high-humidity rooms aren’t ideal for long-term display.

The Mediterranean series gathers small, ordinary corners of the south — the kind of frames that don't announce themselves. Stone villages on Mallorca, lemon-tree shadows in Liguria, whitewashed alleys in the Cyclades, the warm dust of an afternoon that has nowhere to be. The work sits in a photographic register that leans on natural light and analog colour: warm umbers, ochre stone, a sky that runs from pale denim to chalk, the occasional flash of a green shutter or an orange still on the branch. Inspired by the slow editorial pace of Cereal magazine and the quiet observation of Luigi Ghirri, the series is less about postcard sights and more about the felt texture of a place — the way a mountain leans into a village, the way a lane darkens before it opens out. Each piece is curated to live alongside the others without competing: a holiday house in print form, but with the calm of a working studio. A body of work for rooms that prefer warmth to spectacle.
