Berlin Afterglow #5, tirage d'art mural : un coin de Kreuzberg passé minuit, une enseigne au néon qui saigne en rouge sur la vitre d'un bar, la silhouette d'un homme en manteau sombre qui s'efface devant l'entrée, les traînées des feux de circulation traçant l'horizontale sur la voie d'en face. Une scène de nuit qui rappelle les premiers Berlin de Wim Wenders — une ville ni glamour ni sinistre, simplement habitée, éclairée par ce qui se trouve allumé. Le reflet superpose le premier plan ; la profondeur entraîne le regard jusqu'au carrefour suivant.
Là où le reste de la série s'attarde sur une fenêtre seule ou un tram vide, cette image s'élargit — trottoir, circulation, ligne d'immeubles, un passant — et laisse la nuit déployer toute sa géométrie. La silhouette est en pleine foulée, légèrement floue, anonyme à dessein. Il pourrait être n'importe qui rentrant chez soi, et c'est précisément le propos. La composition tient ferme pendant que la pose longue fait son travail discret en arrière-plan.

How it arrives
Your artwork with an integrated aluminum mounting frame pre-attached to the back, plus a short installation note.
Each piece ships flat in protective packaging designed to handle courier transit without damage.
Integrated floating wall-mount sits slightly off the wall, casting a subtle shadow. Exhibition sizes and up — use a solid interior wall or fittings rated for heavier loads.
1–2 weeks from order. Each piece is produced on demand.
Please note: Wall screws, hooks, and dowels are not included. Use fittings appropriate for your wall type (drywall, brick, concrete) and the size you’ve chosen.
Care
Dry microfiber cloth for dust. For stubborn marks, dampen with water or anti-static screen cleaner. Avoid paper towels, ammonia-based cleaners, and abrasives — they scratch the acrylic.
As with any photographic print, prolonged direct sunlight will eventually fade the colors. Hang out of long-duration direct sun where possible.
Hang on a dry interior wall. Bathrooms and other high-humidity rooms aren’t ideal for long-term display.

The Series
Neon, traffic blur, and a figure walking home through the long Berlin night.
Berlin Afterglow gathers the city after midnight — the hour when shop fronts hum with leftover neon, trams trail light across wet asphalt, and the streets settle into a softer, more honest version of themselves. The series moves through Kreuzberg corners, Mitte arcades, Schöneberg windows and the long quiet stretches between U-Bahn stations, looking for the moments Berlin doesn't stage for anyone. Color sits warm and saturated against deep blacks; long exposures pull traffic into ribbon and let figures dissolve into the frame. There's a debt here to the cinematic register of Wim Wenders and the colour-soaked nights of late Wong Kar-wai, but the geography is Berlin and the mood is the city's own — half tired, half awake, never tidy. Each frame in the series leans into the same quiet contradiction: a city famous for being unpolished, rendered in a photographic register that finds its glamour anyway. Hung together or alone, these images read as evening companions — work that asks a room to soften its lighting, pour something, and stop hurrying.
