La Grotta wall art print — a horizontal Mediterranean coastal frame by frida, the view dropping from a scrub-edged dune onto a wide afternoon bay. Bodies wade in the shallow surf, towels flat on the sand, a single red parasol just inside the cliff's shadow. The cut earth in the foreground glows ochre against pine-dark green; behind it, the sea sits in slow, even blue. Sun is past its peak but still generous, the kind that flattens noise and keeps the day quiet.
Where other frames in Mediterranean stay close to the water, La Grotta steps back into the dune and lets the cliff do the framing. The crowd reads as gesture rather than detail — small figures pacing the shoreline, others lying flat under bright towels, none of them performing for the lens. Film grain holds, colours stay honest, nothing pushed; the horizon line carries the eye out and lets the foreground dirt do the warm work.

How it arrives
Your artwork with an integrated aluminum mounting frame pre-attached to the back, plus a short installation note.
Each piece ships flat in protective packaging designed to handle courier transit without damage.
Integrated floating wall-mount sits slightly off the wall, casting a subtle shadow. Exhibition sizes and up — use a solid interior wall or fittings rated for heavier loads.
1–2 weeks from order. Each piece is produced on demand.
Please note: Wall screws, hooks, and dowels are not included. Use fittings appropriate for your wall type (drywall, brick, concrete) and the size you’ve chosen.
Care
Dry microfiber cloth for dust. For stubborn marks, dampen with water or anti-static screen cleaner. Avoid paper towels, ammonia-based cleaners, and abrasives — they scratch the acrylic.
As with any photographic print, prolonged direct sunlight will eventually fade the colors. Hang out of long-duration direct sun where possible.
Hang on a dry interior wall. Bathrooms and other high-humidity rooms aren’t ideal for long-term display.

Mediterranean is frida's quiet love letter to the southern coast — the part of summer you never quite manage to photograph because you're too busy being inside it. Shot on film over slow afternoons in Andalucía, Sicily and the Adriatic, the series moves at the pace of a long lunch and a longer swim. Cliffs the colour of dried apricot. Scrub that smells of pine and salt. The blue line where sea meets sky, never quite the same blue twice. People appear small, anonymous, mid-gesture — wading, lying flat, walking back from the water with towels over shoulders. No staged drama, no postcard sunsets. Just the heat sitting on your skin and the light slipping a little lower each minute. The palette runs through warm sand, ochre cliff, dusty olive, and a Mediterranean blue that holds its own register against the bleached sky. Grain stays present; the film does not pretend to be sharper than memory. Hung as a series, the frames build a private atlas of summers you may never have had — but recognise instantly. Each piece sits as comfortably alone as it does beside its siblings.
